Jiri Melichar grew up in the Czech Republic and began working construction at 14 while spending summers in the United States with his father.
Those early years on active jobsites shaped the standards that still guide his work today: attention to detail, respect for the craft, practical execution, and accountability for the finished result.
After building a career across residential, commercial, hospitality, marine, and specialty construction, Jiri established JIPA Services Corp in 2013 and expanded into JIPA Builders Group to lead larger projects as a Certified Building Contractor.
Today, JIPA serves Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and surrounding South Florida communities with a focus on custom homes, major renovations, and thoughtfully executed construction.
